We are continuing with installations

On January 4th, prime minister Boris Johnson announced England would enter a third national lockdown. Fensa approved Installers are permitted to work in people’s homes in England & Wales under the new lockdown, provided they follow Covid safety protocols.

We will need to postpone the installation if any person in your household has had COVID-19 symptoms, however mild, within 14 days of the installation date.

Expected delivery dates

As you can imagine, the pandemic is having an adverse effect on all supply chains around the world causing delays on some items. We are doing our upmost to keep delay to a minimum, but we do have some items that are taking longer to be delivered. We will keep you updated throughout.
